Return and Refund Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging and make sure it is unused and undamaged. Send the product back to us with the return label you received, AEDORA AB Vasaplatsen 9A, 41126, Gothenburg.
Once we have received and inspected the return, the product price will be refunded within 1-3 days. Please note that the original shipping cost for the delivery will not be refunded.

DELIVERY:
We ship all orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery time depends on your location and carrier, but normally deliveries take 1–3 business days within Sweden and 3–7 business days to Norway.
Shipping cost
Sweden: Standard shipping 29 SEK
Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK within Sweden.
Norway: Standard shipping 99 SEK
The shipping cost is always paid at checkout before the order is completed.
Delivery method
We send our jewelry with trackable delivery with PostNord.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Manufacturing
We use stainless steel, 925 sterling silver and 18K gold plating from certified suppliers. All materials are nickel-free and hypoallergenic for your skin. Our pearls and pavé stones are hand-set by skilled craftsmen who take the time to ensure that every detail is perfect. Before your jewelry reaches you, it undergoes careful quality control because we believe in jewelry that lasts, not trends that disappear.
CARE ADVICE
Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver with 18K gold plating. To preserve its beauty and quality, we recommend:
• Store the jewelry dry and separately in the packaging provided.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth
